NCRP is located in Bethesda’s central business district, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905, Bethesda, MD 20814-3046. The NCRP is approximately 30 minutes driving time from Reagan National Airport and 40 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
Metro
Hours of Operation — 5:00 a.m. until midnight, Monday through Friday; 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m., weekends. Last trains leave many stations before midnight (between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday). Holiday hours vary.
Fares — All passengers need a farecard to ride Metro except children under five. Up to two children under age five travel free with a paying customer. Farecard machines are in every station. Small bills are recommended. There are no change machines in Metro stations. Fares are based on when and how far you travel. Peak fares are in effect weekdays 5:30 to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Off-peak fares are in effect at all other times.
At each station mezzanine, you will find large color-coded maps showing fares and travel times.
The NCRP can be reached via the red line, Bethesda stop. Exit the tunnel via the escalators and make a left on Old Georgetown Road. Proceed two blocks and turn right on Woodmont Avenue.The NCRP is located approximately three blocks up on the left (west) side of the street, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905.
Driving Directions
From Downtown Washington, DC — head north out of the District on Connecticut Avenue. After crossing into Maryland (Montgomery County) turn left on East-West Highway (Rt. 410), go approximately one to two miles, crossing Wisconsin Avenue. NOTE: East-West Highway turns into Old Georgetown Road at Wisconsin Avenue. Two blocks west of Wisconsin, turn right onto Woodmont Avenue. The NCRP is located at 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905.
From Philadelphia/New York and Points North — Take I-95 south to the Capital Beltway (Rt. 495) west for approximately 8 miles. Take the Connecticut Avenue South (Exit 33) towards Chevy Chase, turn right on Jones Bridge Road, go approximately one mile and make a left on Wisconsin Avenue. Make an almost immediate right onto Woodmont Avenue. The NCRP is located one-half mile on the right (west) side, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905.
From Richmond and Points South — Take I-95 north to the Capital Beltway (Rt. 495) towards Rockville/Bethesda. After crossing the Potomac River on the American Legion Bridge, go approximately five miles and take the right hand fork to Wisconsin Avenue South (Exit 34) towards Bethesda, after approximately two miles make a right onto Woodmont Avenue. The NCRP is located one-half mile on the right (west) side, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905.
Parking
Ample parking is provided in public and private parking garages and lots scattered throughout the Bethesda area. Please note that parking is strictly enforced and towing can and will occur in marked areas.
Directions from Reagan National Airport
Metro Subway System — transportation to the NCRP via Metro is easily accessible from Reagan National Airport. Take the yellow line to Gallery Place, transfer to the red line, and get off at the Bethesda stop. Exit the tunnel via the escalators and make a left on Old Georgetown Road. Proceed two blocks and turn right on Woodmont Avenue. The NCRP is located approximately three blocks up on the left (west) side of the street, 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 905.
Driving — exit Reagan National Airport “to Washington” on George Washington Memorial Parkway. Continue on Parkway to I-495 towards Maryland. Washington Flyer Express Bus — this ground transportation system provides non-stop service between Dulles International Airport and Metro’s nearest West Falls Church, Virginia station. Express bus service runs every 20 to 30 minutes beginning at 6:30 a.m. and continues until 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
